Purilon® gel is indicated for dry and sloughy necrotic wounds as well as wounds with a mix of necrotic and granulated tissue such as leg ulcers, pressure injuries, non-infected diabetic foot ulcers, and it may be used on 1^stand 2^nd degree burns. The gel may be used throughout the healing process to provide a moist healing environment. Purilon® gel should be used in conjunction with a secondary dressing.
