INTRODUCTION ABOUT LOCERYL NAIL LACQUER SOLUTION
LOCERYL NAIL LACQUER SOLUTION contains Amorolfine which belongs to a group of medicines called Antifungal agents. It is used in the management of fungal infections of the nail (onychomycosis).
A fungal infection also called mycosis caused by a fungus. Some fungal infections occur when an invading fungus takes over an area of the body and is too much for the immune system to handle. The symptoms of a fungal infection will depend on the type, but common symptoms include the following skin changes, including cracking or peeling skin and itching.
Before applying LOCERYL NAIL LACQUER SOLUTION, inform your doctor if you have diabetes, low immunity, poor circulation in hands and feet, severely damaged or infected nail, history of nail injury, psoriasis, other chronic skin conditions, swelling, yellow nails, breathing problems, painful nails, deformed or distorted nails.
LOCERYL NAIL LACQUER SOLUTION is generally not recommended for use in pregnant and breast-feeding women. Consult your doctor before applying it.
LOCERYL NAIL LACQUER SOLUTION is generally not recommended for use in children and adolescents due to lack of experience. Consult your doctor before applying the medicine.
Always wash your hands before and after applying the medicine. Avoid direct contact with the medicine. In case of direct contact, wash your eyes with water and seek medical attention.

LOCERYL NAIL LACQUER SOLUTION works by inhibiting sterol-ergosterol synthesis, which is essential for the functioning of fungal cell membranes. Therefore, leading to death of fungal cells.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply LOCERYL NAIL LACQUER SOLUTION as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Apply a thin layer of this medicine to the affected finger or toe nails. Avoid applying this medicine to eyes, ears, mouth and nostrils.

ALLERGY
Do not apply LOCERYL NAIL LACQUER SOLUTION if you are allergic to Amorolfine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
LUNGS
LOCERYL NAIL LACQUER SOLUTION should be used with caution in patients with breathing problems. Consult your doctor before applying.
OTHERS
Before applying LOCERYL NAIL LACQUER SOLUTION, inform your doctor if you:
- have diabetes
- have low immunity
- have poor circulation in hands and feet
- have severely damaged or infected nail, history of nail injury
- have chronic skin conditions (Ex. Psoriasis)

INTERACTIONS
A. Drug-Drug interactions:
