- It is latex free, washable, non slippery and has sealed edges. It comes with clips for retention and has the colour of flesh
- It comes in non sterile packing but can be sterilized by steam or ethylene oxide (ETO)
- Indicated applications include:
- Treatment of varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and chronic vein insufficiency (CVI)
- As a support bandage for sprains and strains
- To retain dressings, splits and hot/ cold packs
- Prophylaxis (prevention) against sports injuries
