Biophenicol Succinate Injection 1gm belongs to the group of antibiotic medicines used to treat severe bacterial infections such as meningitis and typhoid. It should only be used when other antibiotics are not suitable. Biophenicol Succinate Injection 1gm contains ‘Chloramphenicol’ that works by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins which are necessary for vital bacterial functions. Thus, it kills the bacteria and helps in treating infection. Biophenicol Succinate Injection 1gm is a broad-spectrum antibiotic which is active against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

Drug Warnings
Do not take Biophenicol Succinate Injection 1gm if you are allergic to any of its components; or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
